There are several options for dispatching orders from London:

 

1. Airmail from London (costs from 15 USD within Europe; Russia and all countries of the former USSR are placed in one cost category - Europe).

 

2. Courier from London (costs from 60 USD).

 

3. Private delivery by travellers to Russia and Finland (Saint Petersburg, Moscow, and Helsinki) (costs 2-4 USD / record, minimum charge - 10 USD).

 

4. Pick up in London, if there is such a possibility for you or your agent (free of charge). 

 

The first delivery option is advisable if you need to buy a few records. We usually send a parcel by Royal Mail (airmail*), “International Signed for Small Packets” option**. The net cost of shipping of one kilogram is about 11 USD. Taking into account the weight of packaging the cost of shipping of 1 to 6 records*** within Europe varies from 15 to 30 dollars. Delivery by air mail from London to Europe takes 3-4 days****. Dispatching of the order is carried out on the first working day after payment receipt / receiving information on money deposit to our account.

Please note that number of records in shipment should be acceptable in terms of customs regulations of the country of destination. Experience shows that the number records of up to 10 have caused no problem. Please note that the issues of customs duties and the process of obtaining of goods at the destination - is your responsibility. Although we are not aware of any problems or requests of payment customs duties (this is only relevant to non-EU countries) for the albums declared as "Second hand vinyl records" until now, we do not guaranty against unpleasant surprises in future.

*         Using Royal Mail’s Surface Mail Small Packets service within Europe gives practically no savings, but increases the delivery time by several times.

**       Notification of delivery (International Signed option) increases shipment costs, but at the same time provides for substantial guarantees of the safety of a parcel.

***     The total weight of a parcel must be up to 2 kg. If the limit is exceeded even by 1 g – the mailing is falling into a different category and the shipping price, as a minimum, is doubled.

 

****   The experience of sending to the Russian cities shows that the delivery time is, in fact, 2-3 weeks.
